IMS, Inc. was my first business that I started in 1994. It was a web site development company. I landed Shepplers Western Stores and Lear Jet Air Craft. The venture was slightly ahead of its time. .

This was the second Internet company I started in May 1995. Four years later I sold it to OneMain.com for $7.5M. My step-father owned 80% and to his benefit, most of the gain.
